Veneer Cutting Workshop
1. A cutting scope of 0.55~4.0mm to meet different markets' needs.
2. Cutting timber with different hardness, perfect combination in horizontal and vertical direction.
3. Operated by digital equipment to make sure the production precision.
4. Suitable cutting angle, smooth surface without any fault.
5. Can reducing the strain degree of wood fiber, releasing the veneer's internal stress to make sure the flat without distortion.
Drying Lines
1. Transfer heat through heat transfer oil to assure average heating and stable moisture content.
2. Combining the net drying and the roller drying to assure the veneer's flatness and to control the shrinkage effectively.
3. Cooling after heating to fully release the internal stress of veneer.
4. Control the drying temperature via digital equipment to meet different production need.
Board Joint Lines
1. Repairing strained fiber completely.
2. Digital control to get rid of different thickness in advance to gain even thickness.
3. Exact joints to escape empty phenomena.
4. Flat surface which is good for the following process.
5. High production efficiency to accelerate the production schedule.

Plywood Factory
1. Continually optimize the production process to raise the production efficiency.
2. Prudent operation and clear & rapid processing to prevent gel-drying to come to the best gelling degree.

Veneering Lines

Grooving Lines

The rational exploitation of the nature and protection fo environment have always been an issue to which we attach much importance.
We always pay mych attention to the sustainable development of trees. Besides applying "intermediate cutting" to usable woods, we make up for the cut trees through "replantation" to maintain the ground surface vegetation.
Our "Plantation" plan has already been launched. Up till now, we have planted more than 3,300 hectares of trees. We are endeavoring towards the aim of 10,000 hectares. We balance the rational utilization of natural resources and the protection from the perspective of environmental protection.

Advanced equipment guarantees good production. Keeping the equipment updated is the traditional way that Kangda sticks to. "producing the best flooring in the world with the best equipment". Although we have imported advanced equipment from Germany and Italy ete, we keep updating and investing with the high-ranke standard to improve the quality of the products.
